My qualifications are formal and lived, built in parallel over 14 years of actually doing this: a degree in Human Development and Business, certifications in Cross-Cultural Management, Coaching, and TESOL, and continuing education in Diversity, Global Collaboration, and Leadership from Harvard — alongside 10 years abroad across Southern Africa and South Korea, working in executive nonprofit leadership, ESL, PR, editorial, content creation for Korean tourism boards, and support for military families overseas.
